Love Letter #2 Except it’s not…

Okay, so, here’s a funny story: I had this awesome Portal level done for Love Custom. It had working portals in it (not really, but it would look like working portals in-game) And two endings. I was feeling really good about it, then I found out that Love can only handle 640×480 pixel images, so, it didn’t work out.

But: I’m going to let you guys see the level as it is. You can probably get the gist of things from the picture. There was going to be some animations in there, moving platforms, shooting turrets, whirling fans, etc… I was really excited about the portals messing with gravity. Oh well…

I loved Portal...

"I wanted to make a Portal where GLADOS wasn't lying to you. Of course, you wouldn't know that until the end of the level, and the splitting point is completely arbitrary, so when she tells you you're going the wrong way, you assume she's trying to trick you... *sigh* I wish this had worked..."

I don’t know if I’ll be able to do one of these a week. It’s a fun thing though, so I’ll still do them, but not regularly. Sorry to anyone who was really excited about that. *Laughs*
